Identity Theft Brenda needs to reopen a case in which a man had confessed to murder while she was away on her honeymoon, but got the details of the crime wrong during his allocution. First she thinks he is trying to cover for his schizophrenic son, because his doctor is the victim. Brenda’s investigation is interrupted by her mother’s visit, who hopes Brenda and Fritz will take in her troublesome niece for the summer.
